• For Lateness, a grace period of 15 minutes is extended. A $10 charge every 30 min applies for any delays beyond the scheduled time, even with prior notification.

• Ventures By Drex assumes no responsibility for adverse weather conditions. Determinations regarding weather and activity safety are solely at the discretion of our team.

• Kindly note that numerous photos and videos are captured during our experiences. We retain the right to utilize these materials in marketing and social media initiatives. To opt out, please contact us via email.

• In instances where photo quality is compromised due to participants' clothing, hairstyles, or factors beyond the photographer's control, no refunds will be issued. Weather conditions may vary daily, impacting water clarity and color. Ventures By Drex strives for clear, high-resolution photos to best portray the scene.

• We retain the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone any activity, with or without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control.

• Please be aware that certain sunscreens may leave a white residue on the skin.

• Deodorant may be visible in photos. We recommend using clear/invisible deodorant or none at all.

• Ventures By Drex maintains the authority to dismiss any member of your group engaged in illegal or potentially hazardous activities. This includes the consumption or possession of drugs before or during an activity, being under the influence of alcohol, consistently ignoring our instructions, displaying disruptive behavior, or proving challenging to manage. No refunds will be issued for individuals failing to adhere to our guidelines.
