Which wildlife can I expect to encounter during the tour?
Please note that as wild animals are not confined or trained, sightings during the tour are never guaranteed, unlike in a zoo. The more time you spend exploring, the higher the likelihood of encountering wildlife.
Frequent sightings include schools of small fish, sea turtles, conch, starfish, barracudas, bonefish, juvenile nurse or lemon sharks, southern stingrays, brown pelicans, ospreys, herons, and egrets.
Is there a weight Limit?
Each tandem kayak has a total combined weight capacity of 420 pounds. During our tours/excursions, two individuals from the same group will share one kayak.

What's the age Limit
Children must be at least 3 years old to participate. However, for those under 13, an adult must accompany them at all times. The parent has the sole discretion to assess if their child can comfortably sit in a kayak for the entire duration of the chosen tour.

Commencement Without You:

In the event that you arrive after the 10-minute grace period or without prior notification, the tour will commence without you. Our guides and staff will ensure a prompt start to maintain the experience for the rest of the participants.
No Refund for Missed Tours:

Unfortunately, no refund will be given if you miss the tour due to lateness, even with prior notification. This policy is in place to uphold the schedule and the experience for all participants.

Participants will be notified as early as possible, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered.
