By submitting the booking to us, you confirm that you have the authority to make the reservation either for yourself or on behalf of your group.

Grace Period:

• A grace period of 10 minutes is extended for all participants. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to accommodate for minor delays.

Prior Notification:

• If you anticipate being late, we appreciate prior notification. While we will do our best to accommodate you, please be aware that the tour will commence on schedule, even with prior notification.

Commencement Without You:

• In the event that you arrive after the 10-minute grace period or without prior notification, the tour will commence without you. Our guides and staff will ensure a prompt start to maintain the experience for the rest of the participants.

No Refund for Missed Tours:

• To receive a full refund, please provide at least 24 hours' (1 day) notice for cancellations. No-shows will not be refunded. Last-minute illnesses, jet lag, mood issues, or hangovers are not valid reasons for a refund once preparations for your booking have been made

• Unfortunately, no refund will be given if you miss the tour due to lateness, even with prior notification. This policy is in place to uphold the schedule and the experience for all participants.

Weather conditions:​

• In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may compromise the safety of the tour, Clear Wave reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Participants will be notified as early as possible, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered. Determinations regarding weather and activity safety are solely at the discretion of our team. 

Disclosure

• Kindly note that numerous photos and videos are captured during our experiences. We retain the right to utilize these materials in marketing and social media initiatives. To opt out, please contact us via email.

• Clear. Wave Tours maintains the authority to dismiss any member of your group engaged in illegal or potentially hazardous activities. This includes the consumption or possession of drugs before or during an activity, being under the influence of alcohol, consistently ignoring our instructions, displaying disruptive behavior, or proving challenging to manage. No refunds will be issued for individuals failing to adhere to our guidelines.

• We retain the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone any activity, with or without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control.
